Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care duties as needed to build meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. Assist in developing care plans and celebrate patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
