Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed to build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Full-time or part-time role with tuition reimbursement and 401(k) matching.
