Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed while building meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery. This role supports a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 nationwide locations and a team of 36,000 individuals.
