Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or a specific unit. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to ensure seamless procedural implementation. Monitor and manage nursing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling.
