Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a BLS certification, and experience in an inpatient hospital setting within Encompass Health's post-acute care network.
