Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through feedback, evaluations, and counseling. Provide direct patient care as needed, building relationships to address physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Serve as a critical leader ensuring seamless procedure implementation and celebrating patient victories within Encompass Health's post-acute care network.
