Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, monitoring and managing team performance through feedback, evaluations, and counseling. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed, building meaningful relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. This role requires current RN licensure, a BSN, and experience in an inpatient hospital setting within Encompass Health's post-acute care network.
