Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while serving as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, monitoring and managing staff through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey within a team-driven environment at a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
