Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or specific units. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff, managing personnel through on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling. Assume patient care duties as needed to build meaningful relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs. This role requires current RN licensure, a BLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
