Job Summary
Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff while supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including providing on-the-spot feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This role requires current RN licensure and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with a preference for two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

- Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears)
- Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results
