Nurse Supervisor

Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to ensure seamless implementation. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care as needed while building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
