Nurse Supervisor

Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures while supervising nursing care and services across assigned shifts or units. Act as the liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and manage nursing staff by providing on-the-spot feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. Assume patient care responsibilities as needed to build meaningful relationships and support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Lead the team in celebrating patient victories within Encompass Health's post-acute care network.
