Job Summary
Direct, oversee, and evaluate work assignments for all ACCS CNA staff. Coordinate nursing assessments, care plans, and pre-discharge meetings to address medical and clinical needs. Provide training, manage performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation for assigned personnel. Review referral packets, engage with external entities for transition plans, and make recommendations on hires, transfers, and disciplinary actions. Resolve grievances, ensure compliance with Joint Commission and DPH regulations, and maintain departmental policies and equipment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend required meetings or trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current and maintained Registered Nurse License with the Department of Regulatory Agencies
- Minimum three (3) years' experience managing adults diagnosed with co-occurring medical and mental health complexities
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of CNA skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately
- Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years' supervisory experience preferred
