Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor leads nursing care and provides guidance within an inpatient rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures; supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or unit; monitoring staff performance, delivering on-the-spot feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering discipline as needed; serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff; and building meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery. Requires RN licensure, BLS with ACLS (within 1 year), and CRRN (within 1 year); leadership experience in a hospital setting; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred." ,
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
