Job Summary
Lead nursing team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations. Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients to support successful recovery. Requires RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, CRRN within eligibility period; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; prior leadership experience in an inpatient setting. Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Previous leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity
