Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor who leads with empathy and strengthens patient rehabilitation programs. Oversees development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures; serves as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff; supervises nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts; provides on-the-spot feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed; and engages with patients to support successful recovery. Role emphasizes leadership in a multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation setting, with access to technology and benefits from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure per state regulations
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification to be obtained within 1 year of start
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse) with accountability for patient and staff results
