Nurse Supervisor- 3rd shift

Nurse Supervisor (3rd shift) responsible for delivering and supervising direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing standards; develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans for transitional care residents; administers medications and treatments; monitors and documents resident status; maintains infection control and safety standards; communicates with physicians, families, home health agencies, and team members; promotes residents' rights and dignity; conducts routine rounds; assists with admissions and ensures documentation; performs narcotic audits and crash cart checks; manages daily staffing and scheduling to maintain adequate coverage; responds to call lights and supports resident care as needed; maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies; collaborates with a professional team and remains calm in emergencies.
