Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift at an upscale Skilled Nursing facility. Responsible for the overall nursing care/service on the shift, including accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and handling emergency calls. Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel, gives/receives shift reports, informs physicians and families of changes in residents’ condition, and assists in developing comprehensive care plans. LPN licensure is required; at least 5 months of nursing experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
