Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing oncology nursing staff in the infusion setting; administers chemotherapy/biotherapy and hydration under physician supervision, ensures patient flow and safety in the infusion room, provides leadership in clinical problem solving, and maintains compliance with policies and quality standards. Requires strong supervisory and communication skills, ability to utilize electronic health records, and nursing expertise in oncology patient care. Full-time role with a generous sign-on bonus; no weekend or holiday hours. Location: Neptune Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse state license
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Continuing education requirements must be maintained
- BSN preferred
- OCN or Radiation certification preferred
- ONS (or equivalent) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course or ONS Radiation certification required with 6 months of hire
- BLS certificate
- Current or pending oncology certification preferred
