Nurse Staff, Operating Room, Full Time,Day Shift

Conduct professional nursing care for surgical patients using the Nursing Process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Plan, execute, and evaluate direct and indirect care while coordinating with ancillary personnel and serving as a resource for staff to resolve work-related issues. Document care in accordance with medical plans, critical pathways, and established policies. Function as a charge or lead nurse when requested, utilizing statistical analysis and decision-making skills to improve patient outcomes. Participate in the Clinical Ladder program and perform other duties as assigned by management. Requires a South Carolina RN license, ADN degree, and BLS certification, with CNOR preferred.
