Job Summary
Provide and document professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, and established policies. Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel. Utilize effective communication to teach patients and families how to comply with treatment plans. Adhere to NIAHO standards for educational hours if employed in a dedicated stroke unit, critical care, or emergency room. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Night shift Baylor Program provides additional pay above worked hours. Schedule runs 7PM to 7:30AM including every other weekend.
