Job Summary

The Regional Nurse Specialist provides clinical leadership, education, and operational support to senior living communities, collaborating with executive and nursing leadership to promote quality care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting on-site clinical assessments, assisting with the development of correction plans, supporting education, monitoring clinical metrics, and participating in surveys and investigations. A current RN license and 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a senior living or long-term care setting are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in good standing (multi-state licensure preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting
  • Ability to travel within assigned region up to 100% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations and survey processes
  • Experience with clinical education, auditing, and performance improvement
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate employees effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and organizational leadership
