Job Summary
Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, check equipment functionality, and ensure medicines and supplies are organized. Deliver high-quality nursing care using standard practices, including performing emergency medical and nursing interventions based on patients' primary health concerns. Conduct thorough patient observations, monitoring vital signs, and assessing physical and psychological states during and after procedures. Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures by providing preparation, positioning, and comfort. Prepare patients following procedures by managing administrative requirements, providing home care instructions, and delivering relevant health education. Implement accurate documentation systems and uphold safety standards by following established protocols. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license and registration with Indonesian health authorities
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Clinical Nurse in a healthcare facility
- Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Proficiency in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medical equipment operation
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
