Nurse

Provide thorough nursing care in inpatient sections, receiving patients and conducting initial assessments to determine diagnoses and prioritize needs for care plans. Perform periodic reassessments based on patient conditions, analyze assessment data to plan and carry out nursing actions, and ensure equipment and medicines are available to accompany doctors during examinations. Deliver educational activities to patients and families, observe treatment effectiveness, and report patient developments to medical staff. Maintain complete documentation before, during, and after treatment, collect operational data for reports, and implement quality and safety procedures including training and data collection. Requires a Diploma (D3) in Nursing with at least six months of inpatient clinical experience.
