Nurse Shift Manager Surgical Acute

Oversee patient flow, allocate resources, and manage staffing assignments for the surgical acute nursing team while addressing immediate clinical and operational challenges. Mentor and supervise nursing staff, assess and educate them on patient care, and institute emergency procedures as necessary. Anticipate staffing needs proactively and ensure supplies are stocked and patient records are updated to prepare the floor for subsequent shifts. Maintain a full-time night shift schedule with an active RN license in California, BLS certification, and a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
