Job Summary
Nurse Senior–Educator in IR/Cath Lab (Day Shift) provides patient care within an interdisciplinary team, leads and mentors other staff, and delivers formal and informal education to nurses and health professionals. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, planning and managing care for routine patients, patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. Requires BSN or MSN and RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state, with at least 5 years of RN experience. This role is full-time, daytime, at Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD, and requires eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position emphasizes mentorship, education, evidence-based practice, and collaborative care within the IR/Cath Lab setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN)
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State
