Job Summary
Nursing Scheduler coordinates staffing to ensure appropriate nursing coverage across geriatric care units. Collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing needs, ensure compliance with applicable budgetary, State and Federal guidelines, and maintain quality nursing care. Requires a state-approved medication administration training and an active Indiana RN, LPN, or QMA license. Strong focus on organization, teamwork, interpersonal communication, and CARE values to support residents and staff while aligning schedules with regulatory requirements.
