Nurse- RN

Supervise and support a small team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) while providing medical oversight and support for individuals in community-based settings. Act as a liaison with physicians and other healthcare providers to review and manage Medication Administration Records (MARs), medication orders, and supplies. Conduct staff training on medical conditions, procedures, and equipment, and develop medical and feeding protocols in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Monitor for emerging health concerns, coordinate psychiatric care, and ensure timely follow-up on care plan implementation. Maintain accurate documentation and serve as a medical resource for staff to ensure best practices in care. Assist with state licensing and compliance requirements. Requires current Pennsylvania RN license, valid driver's license, and strong clinical skills.
