Job Summary
RN Case Manager / Compliance Nurse with ComForCare Home Care – Central Ohio conducts client assessments, develops care plans, and performs supervisory visits in clients' homes. Responsibilities include caregiver orientation, skills validation, competency evaluations, and ensuring program compliance for Franklin County Senior Options, Veterans programs, Long-Term Care Insurance clients, and Private Pay clients. The role involves documentation review, collaboration with office staff and other case managers, quality improvement activities, and incident investigations when needed. Requires Ohio RN license, ability to work independently, strong assessment and communication skills, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Home care, hospice, senior care, or case management experience preferred
