Job Summary
Implement nursing care in an ambulatory setting while administering medications with correct dosage and monitoring side effects. Assist physicians in emergency cases and screen patients using sound judgment. Maintain Patient First's policies and procedures to foster a warm, professional atmosphere for patients and staff. Complete other duties as directed, including keyboarding and clerical tasks. Requires Maryland licensure, one year of clinical experience, and high school graduation. Salary ranges from $37.50 to $43.50.
Required Qualifications
- Employee must be at least 18 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Keyboarding experience
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- One year of clerical experience
- One year of clinical experience with administration of medications
- Medical candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
