Nurse, RN Part time evenings

Registered Nurse (RN) part-time evenings at Covenant Living in Golden Valley, MN. Provide routine daily direction and monitor the work of LPNs and nursing assistants on the unit to ensure high-quality nursing care and completion of tasks. Assist in orienting new nursing personnel and reinforce training standards; motivate LPNs and CNAs; explain nursing procedures and support ongoing staff education. Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing about assessments, observations, and problem areas; observe and evaluate residents’ health and communicate significant changes to staff; notify physicians and families when indicated. Ideal candidate will have an approved nursing program graduate, current Minnesota RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
