Nurse (RN or LPN)

Provide direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team in Outer Cape Health Services. Responsibilities include patient assessment and triage of walk-ins, care coordination with physicians and specialists, patient education on conditions, treatments, and preventive measures, medication and immunization management, meticulous documentation in the EMR, and performing clinical interventions such as EKGs, dressing changes, suture removal, ear lavages, splinting, injections, IV insertions/infusions under clinician direction. Promote population health through screenings, counseling on lifestyle changes, and participation in quality improvement and safety initiatives. May cover Saturday shifts to support clinic operations and provide crisis management and disaster preparedness support. Requires RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience; bilingual skills are a plus.
