Job Summary
On-call RN or LPN providing bedside nursing care in a 162-bed long-term care/rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care plans; administering medications and/or treatments per physician orders; monitoring effectiveness; managing medications, supplies, and equipment; documenting care with computerized charting software; and communicating significant changes to Clinical Manager, physicians, and family. Requires nursing licensure in Minnesota (RN or LPN) and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Competitive, experience-based pay with benefits in a nonprofit Cassia community.
Required Qualifications
