Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee resident-related care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident health and nursing personnel on duty. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment in accordance with policies, document care using computerized software, and notify clinical managers or families of significant condition changes. Display a courteous attitude toward residents, families, and staff while maintaining current Minnesota nursing licensure and BLS certification. Work as an on-call RN or LPN at Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia senior community recognized as a top nursing home in Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs)
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
