Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care to residents during night shift; supervise day-to-day nursing activities; monitor CMA/GNA staff; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; perform admissions assessments, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians; ensure patient safety and documentation; require MD RN or LPN license and approved nursing program; shift 10:45pm-7:15am; 32 hours/week; Monday-Friday with alternating weekends; pay $35-$43/hour with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Maryland RN or LPN license
- Completion of approved nursing program
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and long-term care regulations
- Ability to read, write, speak English
