Job Summary
Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents. Conduct thorough health assessments to identify medical concerns and administer medications as prescribed. Maintain accurate records of medical information and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and communicate openly with residents' families regarding health changes. Advocate for residents' rights and preferences in all aspects of care. Work Monday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 8am to 4pm. This role supports our assisted living community's pursuit of excellence by empowering residents to live their lives to the fullest.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Criminal Background Screening
- Show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption
