Job Summary
Wellness Nurse RN/LPN in an assisted living community. Includes full-time schedule with some weekend shifts. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing personalized care plans with a team, performing health assessments, administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, responding to medical emergencies, and communicating with residents’ families. Requires active RN or LPN license, strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, and commitment to ethical, confidential resident care.
