Job Summary
Nurse RN / LPN in Fort Wayne, IN with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Provide skilled nursing care to residents on an assigned unit, supervise CNAs, administer medications and IVs, document care, and implement physician orders. Lead development of individualized nursing care plans, participate in orientation/training, assist with tests/procedures within the Nursing Practice Act, coordinate care with therapy and other departments, and maintain readiness for emergencies. Requires active RN or LPN license in Indiana and graduation from an accredited nursing program; CPR certification preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
- Valid CPR teaching certificate preferred but not required.
