Job Summary
Nurse (RN) Educator for Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Wellstar Cobb Medical Center | Full-Time, Day shift. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates educational activities to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes. Collaborates with staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to identify learning needs, set objectives, deliver instructional plans, and evaluate impact using adult learning and instructional design principles. Serves as a preceptor/mentor, supports lifelong learning, pursues professional certification in Nurse Professional Development, and advances evidence-based practice. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus eligible. Based in Austell, GA area with an in-person role.
