Job Summary
Provide age-appropriate care to residents, including assessing conditions and communicating updates to nurses or supervisors. Maintain a supportive team presence while demonstrating patience and tact when handling difficult situations. Ensure all care aligns with dignity, integrity, service, compassion, and respect. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one to two years of experience, hold current RN or LPN licensure, and possess CPR certification. Schedule includes five shifts from 5:45am to 2:15pm with every other weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed LPN or RN
- demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- be a supportive team member
