Job Summary
RN Case Manager / Compliance Nurse for ComForCare Home Care – Central Ohio, focused on conducting client assessments, supervisory visits, caregiver competency evaluations, and program compliance for Franklin County Senior Options, Veterans programs, Long-Term Care Insurance clients, and private-pay clients. Responsibility includes care plan development, in-home visits, documentation and compliance activities, caregiver orientation and training, quality improvement participation, and providing clinical guidance to caregivers and office staff. Flexible part-time schedule in Reynoldsburg, OH with mileage reimbursement and independent, multi-priority management in a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN License in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Home care, hospice, senior care, or case management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Franklin County Senior Options and Veterans programs preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
