Job Summary
RN Case Manager / Compliance Nurse for ComForCare Home Care – Central Ohio, serving Franklin County. Conduct client assessments, care plan development, supervisory and quality assurance visits in clients' homes, and completion of compliance activities for Franklin County Senior Options, Veterans programs, Long-Term Care Insurance clients, and Private Pay clients. Provide caregiver orientation, skills validation, and return demonstrations; perform caregiver and home health aide competency evaluations; review caregiver documentation for accuracy and compliance; collaborate with office staff and referral sources; participate in quality improvement and risk management activities; assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans; provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and office staff. Requires current Ohio RN license and strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills; 2 years nursing experience preferred; part-time with flexible scheduling; mileage reimbursement; remote-work not indicated; travel within Franklin County area supported.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN License in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Home care, hospice, senior care, or case management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Franklin County Senior Options and Veterans programs preferred
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
