Job Summary
Charge nurse leader in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. Provides direct patient care, oversees nurse aides, and ensures high-quality care delivery on nursing units. Administers medications per physician orders, supervises nursing staff, and facilitates admission/discharge processes. Requires nursing degree and active state license, CPR certification, and ongoing CE. Practices with elderly residents, employs Point Click Care HER and unit-dose medications, and supports care coordination with residents, families, and staff. Positions available as Full Time, Part Time, and PRN; compensation includes base rates with shift differentials and daily pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current license in the state in which he/she is practicing.
- Maintains Licensure (CE requirements) and CPR certification
