Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care by administering treatments, tracking vitals, educating patients, and implementing evidence-based nursing processes. Assess patient ailments and injuries to formulate treatment plans, while monitoring medication therapy and clinical outcomes to achieve desired results. Engage in the comprehensive Nurse Residency Program to sharpen critical thinking, problem-solving, and accountability for delegated care delivery. Maintain risk reduction protocols and foster a team-first mindset that supports colleagues and ensures patient dignity. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license and 0-12 months of experience required for the October 2026 start date at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS certification - American Heart Association.
- Ability to deliver excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
