Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, administer treatments, track vitals, and educate patients and families. Assess patient ailments and injuries to implement treatment plans while utilizing evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Monitor medication therapy and clinical treatments to achieve optimized outcomes, ensuring patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Reduce risks faced by patients in a healthcare environment and maintain accountability for delegated care and coordination of delivery. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active RN license. Requires BLS certification and zero to twelve months of professional nursing experience. Start date is October 26, 2026, with eligibility for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Work at St. Catherine Hospital, a Joint Commission accredited 99-bed regional referral center serving southwest Kansas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Zero (0) to twelve (12) months of professional nursing (RN) experience
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- BLS certification - American Heart Association
