Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care by administering treatments, tracking vitals, educating families, and assessing ailments to implement treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practice knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to provide holistic care across the lifespan while reducing patient risks and ensuring optimized medication therapy outcomes. Maintain accountability for delegated care and coordinate delivery by communicating effectively with the interprofessional team to achieve desired patient results.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS certification - American Heart Association.
- Ability to deliver excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
