Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care, administering treatments, tracking vitals, and educating patients and families. Assess ailments and injuries, implement treatment plans, and provide clinical skills including history taking, therapeutic planning, and medication monitoring to achieve optimized outcomes. Engage in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and problem-solving while managing patient risks and coordinating delegated care. Maintain accountability for practice and support colleagues with respect and dignity. Qualified applicants are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance available. Applicants must graduate and be licensed prior to the October 26, 2026 start date. Located in Lakewood, Colorado, this role is part of CommonSpirit's network of over 700 care sites, including St. Anthony Hospital's Level I Trauma Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which s/he will be practicing or the state of primary residency if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS certification - American Heart Association.
- Ability to deliver excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
