Job Summary
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis in a 20-bed observation unit specializing in telemetry, stroke, and ACLS. Provide supervision to staff as delegated by the unit manager while ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management. Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical staff competency. Requires a Registered Nurse license with less than one year of experience.
