Job Summary
Nurse Resident cohort will start August 10, 2026; mentored program transitioning from student to professional nurse with responsibilities including delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or group on an assigned unit, supervising/ directing nursing and ancillary staff, adhering to CA Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, and utilizing computer skills for documentation and operations; must read/speak English proficiently and possess required licensure and certifications; shift is night, 12 hours, in Escondido, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current CA RN License
- American Heart Association BLS - Healthcare Provider
- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
