Nurse Resident - Med/Surg - Nights - Bayfront Hospital - St Petersburg FL

Administer bedside patient care in an inpatient setting under preceptor supervision, assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care while evaluating progress toward expected outcomes. Coordinate patient care for a defined group, delegate tasks appropriately to team members, and document care in a consistent manner meeting regulatory standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage unit operations, serve as a preceptor or educator, and actively participate in the 12-month ANCC accredited Nurse Residency Program. Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies and attend required staff development and committee meetings. Full-time 3-12s nights shift.
